Marc and I went x-country skiing on Friday. It was so much fun (and the fact that they had spotted a mountain lion earlier that day made it all the more adventurous).
A few days later, I threw out my back. Coincidence? I think not. I must embrace the fact that I am indeed getting older!

Sorry about your back! I feel your pain. I've thrown out my back twice in the past 12 months. Not the best situation when you have 2 kids. How are you feeling?
I have been doing better each day. It is rough though.
