I need maternity pants that WORK! I don't want them to fall off and cause me to constantly pull them up. Any suggestions?

At a store called Mimi Maternity, (don't know if you have it in Utah) they have some great jeans that have a thin, I think nylon, panel that goes all the way to the top of your belly. I tried them on when I was pregnant and they were so comfy.
Bad maternity pants are the worst. Your bum is hanging out all day.
I have yet to find any that I truly loved with either pregnancy. If you find any, let me know.
even though i'm not crazy about the look of full panel, those were really the only ones that stayed up, and didn't leave my behind crack hanging out. i literally wore out a pair of motherhood jeans--they were my favorite. stretchy, full panel, boot cut, dark fade denim. if they made that same fit in non-maternity i'd be wearing them right now! good luck!
p.s. i am of the opinion that you can fork some cash out for these, b/c you're going to wear them almost everyday through the pregnancy and even (sadly) for a few weeks afterwards til you're back in your other ones.
I'm a full panel fan. They were the only ones that worked for me. Email me if you're interested in trying on a few pairs! I've been meaning to take them to DI.
have you seen the new "patent pending" full panel ones? they have them at motherhood maternity and the other maternity stores by the same company (mimi, a pea in the pod). i think they might be called the "secret fit belly" or something, and they are seriously what i searched high and low for when i was pregnant. they finally came out with them after i had already delivered george, but i recently bought a pair from a second hand store because i know i will want them when i get pregnant again. i kind of want to wear them right now, that is how comfortable they are :). good luck and let us know what you find!
I agree with some of the comments, full panels are unfortunately the best. They have this new panel that is ulta soft and thin called the "secret fit." I too was sick of constantly pulling my pants up. Not only do they stay up, but they don't put all that pressure on your lower belly. They seriously are almost as comfortable as pj's. I'm not a fan of those thick panels though. I got a really cute pair at motherhood maternity. I've realized it's worth while to spend a bit more money and get a couple of pairs that you really like than several that you hate. I have so many pants that I had with Kate that I can't stand wearing now. Too bad I didn't catch on to the secret fit with her.
I always have problems with maternity pants falling down - I can't wear the "under belly" pants at all - might as well just wear them around my knees! I got a pair of the new Motherhood ones (I think its the "secret fit" ones everyone else talked about) and LOVED them. It goes all around your whole body like a big sock. I also got a belly band this time around and also loved it (heck, I still wear it from time to time - its great to cover your belly area while nursing!) They're only about $15 at Motherhood for basic colors. I was too huge to be able to wear my regular jeans unbuttoned under the belly band (seriously, this last time I needed maternity pants at like 4 1/2 weeks along, sadly) but they kept my maternity pants up!
